Before joining the firm, Luca has worked for the Listed Companies Supervision Division at the Italian Stock Exchange and for leading Italian and international law firms in London and Milan. Luca specialises in financial services and capital markets, advising issuers, funds, banks and other financial institutions.
Before joining GLG & Partners, Simone has worked for leading Italian law firms in Milan.
Simone specialises in company law, financial services and capital markets, regularly advising issuers, funds, banks and other financial institutions.
Angela has worked for a leading Italian law firm and she is an of counsel at GLG & Partners.
Before joining GLG & Partners, Mario has worked for two leading Italian law firms in Milan and London. Mario specialises in company law, financial services and capital markets, advising companies, issuers, funds, banks and other financial institutions
Before joining GLG & Partners, Matteo has worked for an Italian law firm specialized in civil law and criminal law, in Milan. Currently he is attending a second level Master’s Degree course in “Commercial Criminal Law” at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Milan).
She practiced in a boutique business law firm in Milan and she was an intern at the office of the Milan district Attorney. Her practice focuses on corporate law and financial institutions and markets law, as well as corporate governance.
Before joining GLG & Partners, Leonardo has worked for a leading Italian law firm in Milan.
Leonardo specialises in company law, extraordinary transactions and commercial contracts, advising and assisting corporates, listed issuers, funds and other financial institutions.
Before joining the firm, Domenico has worked for a leading Italian law firm.
Domenico specialises in company law and capital markets (e.g. takeovers, IPOs and rights issues), as well as in corporate governance and compliance.
Before joining GLG & Partners, Donatella has worked for a leading Italian law firm in Palermo. Donatella is specialized in company law, extraordinary transactions and commercial contracts, advising and assisting corporates, listed issuers, funds and other financial institutions.
Maria Carmela Manganaro
Before joining the GLG & Partners firm, Maria Carmela worked for a leading Italian law firm, mainly dealing with extraordinary business transactions, commercial contracts and corporate assistance.
Before joining GLG & Partners, Laura has worked for a boutique law firm in Milan specialized in financial regulation.
Her practice focuses on corporate law, financial institutions and markets law, as well as civil law contracts, trust and law of succession advising and assisting company and financial intermediaries.
Before joining GLG & Partners, Rosalia worked for a leading law firm in Agrigento, focused on civil and banking issues, where she got hands-on experience of proceedings before civil courts. During her professional experience, Rosalia developed a strong expertise in the field of civil litigation, with particular attention to real estate executions and judicial auctions.
